As this product is ordered and despatched electronically there are no refunds unless you can show the order submitted is not what has been received.
If however it is realised that an error was made by ordering the wrong item then if confirmation is received prior to despatch the order can be changed. If additional charge is necessary to cover the new item and received before despatched there will be no additional charges and the new order despatched.
